Have Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

How long do I have access to the program?

You’ll have full access through the duration of the program and for 6 months after completion.

What if I miss a live session?

No problem! All sessions are recorded and uploaded to your portal so you can watch anytime and stay on track with the program.

Is there a cost to participate in the program?

No, the program is grant-funded and offered at no cost to participants. However, full participation in all sessions is requested to ensure the greatest benefit and program impact.

How will program success be measured?

Program success will be measured through both quantitative and qualitative metrics that capture learning, collaboration, and cooperative business outcomes. Participants will complete pre- and post-program assessments to track gains in knowledge, skills, and confidence related to cooperative governance, shared services, and purchasing strategies. Attendance, engagement, and project completion rates will be monitored throughout the program.

In addition to participant feedback and satisfaction surveys, we inspire to measure tangible outcomes such as the number of partnerships or purchasing alliances formed, cost savings achieved through shared services, and new cooperative ventures launched. These metrics will help us assess not only the success of individual participants but also the broader community and economic impact of the program.

Both! Content supports all stages of cooperative development.
